Yes. We are based in Pune and take on projects from India, the UAE and the wider Gulf, and East Africa. Elsewhere, we usually work by referral.
Usually, yes, including sites and applications someone else built. We review the code and hosting first, then propose a monthly maintenance plan.
You do, from handover, unless your contract says otherwise. You receive the code, the credentials and the documentation to run it.
Your code and data go only into AI tools you have agreed to in writing, and stay in the places agreed for your project.
No. We quote after a scoping conversation, and the proposal states exactly what is and is not included.
